SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Most domestic orders are shipped via Express Australia Parcel Post.

Orders within Australia should arrive within 3-5 working days after the shipping date.

Tracking numbers for all orders are sent when orders are fulfilled and dispatched.

Please note: We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Furniture and larger pieces receive shipping quotes on a case by case basis and may take up to a week to prepare to ship, and shipping times will vary based on your location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can post internationally. You may be responsible for additional overseas importing fees, duties and taxes. Please be aware of your countries importing rules before placing your order.

International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

We will contact you if needed to arrange custom shipping arrangements.

MISPLACED ORDERS

If for some reason your order does not arrive within the above timeframe please CONTACT US and we can track it for you.

RETURNS

All of our Editions are hand made and therefore they may have slight variations in size, colour, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws and we were aware of these when sold to you. But if do think you have found a fault with your purchase we will allow a return.

Returns must be sent within 10 days from the date the order was received, unwashed, unused and in the same condition you received it.

Furniture and sale merchandise are final sale, no returns will be accepted on these items.
